As part of R&D activities, new technologies are closely kept up with and included in the processes. The results of CAE analyses, field tests, test equipment capable of testing all product lines are incorporated into the products in the most suitable manner. We bring many unique works into practice with our industrial designs, utility models and patented products. 

All designs are developed with the support of Solid Works CAD software as a standard. We create product trees using ERP Program.  Risk areas are identified with FEA analyses and accordingly products are improved. As a result, parts which ensure highest levels of driving safety are designed rapidly and standardized manner with minimum costs.

We primarily target at keeping customer satisfaction always at the top levels thanks to a feedback mechanism ranging from material acceptance quality control through process control to customers. We have capabilities for conducting spectral analyses, micro and macro structure analyses, rigidity and tension tests, 3D dimensional checks in our laboratories equipped with advanced test and material inspection facilities. We carry out internal process audits with T-card audit systematic as well as both internal and vendor audits with our VDA-certified auditors.

All production operations are designed in accordance with continuous flow principles. Production is carried out by qualified production personnel with lean production planning. All production processes are planned and managed via ERP system.  

The packing lists of the products are prepared via ERP program. Our products are stored ready for shipment at our warehouse equipped with automatic loading unloading rack system. We ship our products via land, sea and airways as per request of our customers.  Our logistics infrastructure perfectly meets the just-in-time shipping expectations of OEM market and automotive aftermarket customers.  

First, surface treatment process which includes degreasing, sanding and bonding is applied via our state-of-the-art machinery pool.Then, rubber-metal parts undergo vulcanization process under the predefined pressure, temperature and time parameters, followed by the trimming and marking processes. As the final stage, dimensional and visual checks are applied to make parts ready for packaging and shipping. 

Assembly and packaging lines operate in a variable manner, driven by the principle of meeting customer demands. Painting and surface plating processes are carried out in the automated lines as per the customer demands. Customer demands are configured with the ERP system. The products packaged to protect the contents are finally labelled according to demands of the customer.
